Janet was the worst, she lied multiple times and tried to evict me with no 2 week notice and no formal letter or communication whatsoever. She showed up to our house and told one of my roommates to tell me I had to leave. All because her fat ass "didn't know" that I had a pet when it was clearly stated on my application along with the breed and weight. She said and I quote " tell him to get rid of the dog or to get out." Zero compassion for individuals with disabilities as this dog is my registered ESA. (which gave me grounds to sue). However, I decided to leave the next day and will never use her again. No matter how well you take care of the house, she will find some way to take money away from your security deposit.
